Nammor Vs. Diy Hose

So I've been contemplating getting a Nammor, but the stories of them falling apart are scaring me.

I decided to rather take my rusted to crap Chinese hose and create a custom pipe.
The mouth piece is prob 0.19" ID and flairs to roughly 0.31" ID where it connects to the new piping. The piping is 0.39" ID. It's hella flexible and looks super hot. While the draw isn't mind blowing, it isn't crap. It's much much better than what the hose was, but I have a feeling it might be down to the hookah.
It's also 100% clear and fully washable which is a bonus.

Would it really be worth it to get a Nammor if I have this nice DIY hose or won't I notice that much of a difference. I really like the look of the Nammors, but the US$ 20 extra dollars on an order is quite a bunch of Nak Sweet Melon?

I personally perfer nammor hoses I think that the pull is better but to each his own

cost 15 bucks for me, and i got ripped off
so you could do it for less

To be honest, I only invested in a Nammor because I got a pretty nice tax return this year and was hellbent on buying something I normally wouldn't...so yeah, it's a nice hose, no doubt, but it's sort of one of those "special occasions" purchases. At least that's how I would look at it. I don't know, is you're birthday coming up soon? Might be a good present-to-self.

i have both if that helps, and i think my namour has a much better pull than my diy. and its got a pretty big ID. if you dont want to spend the money than dont, believe me they will always be there if you decided to buy yourself one for a birthday or something lol

I have a Nammor Hose and I am currently not smoking out of it since the tip is broken and I am too lazy to repair it even tho i have super glue on hand. Anyway if you like long handles nammor will be great. As for it falling apart nothing has happened to my hose besides the tip breaking (cuz it fell on tile) and I have had it for close to like 8 months. If you are real gentle with it and dont wash it with hot water you should be fine. (I would wash it with room temp/barely chill water). To be honest I dont even wash my nammor until I feel that the hose is ghosting which I have yet to encounter...

I'd do the DIY hose for right now. Then down the road if you want to pick up a nammor or razan or whatever you can do that. I've got a Grand Washable from HC and I have no complaints about it minus one of the strings came undone and it unwrapped a bit. But other than that it's a solid hose.

I have a razan, it falls apart every so often, I fix it, no big deal.

I am also smoking from both the namor and diy hose, i like the feel namor deff has a nice sturdy feeling, the diy is a conversation piece when im smoking it everyone is always intrigued by it. I also like the pull of the diy and I just ordered a hose cover for my diy so it'll look more like a normal hose instead of a plastic pipe.

Both the nammor and razan are going to fall apart on you. If you are good with your hands you can fix them so you will never have an issue again. The thing with the diy hose is that you are restricted to vinyl tubing and it is not that flexible, and when its cold its damn near stiff. Get a nammor/Razan and a glue gun and you are set. I hear good things about the grand washable hose, so you may want to look into that.

I reckon I'll stay with the diy for now. It's very flexible, draws okay and the handles come from a hose my best friend gave me for my bithday. I think I'll pick up a nammor when my handles fail on me
