What's the most you've paid for a hookah at a hookah lounge?

I personally pay around 16 for a hookah every time i go, but I think that's because of the tax in my county.

i pay 15 flat cause i know people that work there and the owners personally lol and thats for as many bowls as i want most pay 15 plus 5 each extra bowl

Ranges from $13 (me) to $20 in San Diego. As I think about it, $13 sounds like a lot. sad.gif

$13 really isnt that much especially in San Diego where things tend to be a bit pricier which is understandble (cost of living etc). At least that what I think, besides your bowls are bound to be packed with amazing skill so $13 would def. be worth it. Anyway I pay $8.99 at the lounge i go to for AF and $10.99 for SB. That is quite cheap and I know the owners and they know what they are doing so its def. worth it.

Refills...ewww! I don't do that. Gives me the willies. A couple of days ago, two different people got a new pipe...which is like a first. Nobody ever gets (or needs?) refills around here...

Says the man serving tobacco out of bowls that last days...hmm.

Admittedly, I haven't stayed around for refills at a hookah bar before...if I want different flavors, I'll bring some friends and order two hookahs from the get-go.

Most I ever paid was in Dallas when I was visiting my brother-in-law. Jasmine's was full and the place down the street was charging 20 dollars for "exotic" flavors. I'm pretty sure it was just an egyptian head with SB in it.

Well when I'm in college, I drive up to OSU and go to this place called Midnight Hookah....I know the owners and he loves it when my friends and I come in. He hooks us up....gives us free drinks to try and the ones we order, he doesn't charge. Hookah's are $10 there and they last a while....they probably use Al Fakher but I' not positive. I miss that place sad.gif $10 for a hookah session and basically as many drinks that I want (including smoothies, chai, etc.). The one closest to my home though (by the Dayton Mall for anyone in SW Ohio), it charges $12.50 after taxes and it's not a very good bowl....

well, the very first lounge i visited it was 12 a bowl per bowl all night(the fez)
and they serve my favorite brand and have the best people atmosphere, but they get packed easily.
all my friends used to go to a bar across town(the white rabbit) that i personally hated because it was all trippy themed they played ridiculously loud music and it was impossible to chill with 14 year olds running around all the time. so i never went there but once. well that bar moved across town to the same area as my favorite. the man who owns it is a 30 year old iranian immigrant who LOVES to party so sometimes he doesnt open til almost 10pm on weekends, well a friend and i wanted to take his dad there since it was the most adult lounge that you dont need to be 21 to get into. because the fez hadnt opened yet we headed over to the white rabbit which had just moved to the main drag of fayetteville(dickson street) turns out their new location changed their entire attitude, they serve more adult flavors have a very relaxed up scale environment and play amazing house and chill music anyway they charge 15 for the first bowl and 7 per bowl that follows good deal but the al waha at the fez lasts longer.

tl;dr:
12 per bowl at the fez all night
15 first bowl; 7 each following at the white rabbit

Yeah thats about what it is at most places around here, sucks. I thought that was a typical price before I started looking at this thread now I feel ripped off. Anyone know anywhere where I can get good cheap bowls in Dallas area?
