What Is Wrong With My Km Hookah :(

yeh I had the same problem, my personal conclusion was it was a hose problem, when i sucked right out of the metal loads of flavour when i used the cursed KM hose it tasted like crap. The other thing i noticed is that a KM draws in a lot of air so I assume the heat management is a little different.

i ment its less restrictive than the average pipe, it feels like twice the amount of air is going through the bowl than my other pipes..

Well the heat management should be the same if it's the same bowl, regardless of the hookah. One lungful of smoke out of a KM is the same as a lungful of smoke out of a Mya QT - what changes is the amount of time it takes for you to get that lungful. The bowl shouldn't behave any differently though between pipes though.

I'm not a physics expert by any chance, I just thought it might have something to do with it.
I built a pipe using home depot supplies, and I used an inch diameter bronze tube for the stem and hose, anyways it was as easy as breathing to take a pull but there was soo much air going through that it was buring the bowl like crazy, thats where my theory is from. I could be wrong, who knows?

That is an interesting theory I think you could definitely be correct.

If you've run a brush through your stem and cleaned it out fine, I think you need to clean the hose port out.

Push your brush down the hose port and out the bottom. When I first started smoking, I would often forget about cleaning that port out and end up with nasty flavor. I think a lot of people would overlook this, I know I did.

hey guys, thanks for the replies.

well i had a last smoke with the KM after cleaning it out again (including the hose port) and it smoked quite well.

However, i bought a mya hookah for very very cheap

smoked it for the first time and it smoked brilliantly, smoked it the second and it smoked brilliantly

so im not sure what was up with the KM but i will be selling it on and keeping the mya, now i need to find out which mya it is lol

I would wager there was something lodged in your hose port. It does happen from time to time...from the shipping process or the crummy conditions of manufacturing in Egypt.
