First hour / round is a heat management bitch, then recovers into a nice extra four hours or so.

Lucid BGB 5:50 hours, Coco Nara Coals: Super packed with fork method (slightly at / below rim)
Good session nearly the entire way, crazy how I look back on this vid (6 or so months), and got such good Tang outta Coco Nara's, now I split them in half when they are lit for good results.

Hopefully helps out some people trying to get multiple rounds, its really down to packing and then subsequent heat related to that packing.

I now pack my OG (as in the K-Cherry video, which is 6 months post-both of those vids) at the rim / fork method and get better results then Overpacking it (above the rim), since the heat on overpacking it is much more Diverse, and harder to manage.

Howdy ho..I love smoking shisha, but yeah, my medium Tangiers (yes, tang) phunnel lasts more then me...Eric from tangiers smoking for 12 hours sounds fking crazy

even 3 hours I'm typically done, but those video's were done when I had a ton of work to do on the CPU (or after watching a movie, needed to work).

Sometimes I smoke 5-6 hours a day, then need a 3-4 day break..you'll lose flavor, get some cottonmouth.


With youtube, sometimes its an error for 1-2 days, I'll try those links / update.

Whenever I do my all day weekend sessions, my lungs never feel any different at all. Nothing does, sometimes I'll get a headache after I stop smoking or towards the end of the session. Solution? Cuban crackers and something to drink (Water, Soda, beer, etc. ).

Nice vids, though. Love seeing and hearing about the endurance sessions, my favorite aspect of hookah. haha

I'm a gangly messy / breaking shit guy

The AF 36" is Gorgeous, awesome, pulls like a monster, works great with the new Narbish Hookah-John hose (like a super Nammor). But, I had to sand down the GASKET on the jar, since I busted open a weld on the purge by yanking it apart post-session. I still have to rub shisha juice all over the GASKET whenever I smoke it, otherwise it WILL get stuck and I'll have to dump dish soap into the whole sucker.

Same here, its why I record em I want to see the sessions down to when the Japanese coals from Eric are pre-lit on one another (which I have 3 or so more 5 hour vids of jap coals lighting themselves).

Nice! The one (well 4) I got didn't come with and hoses, still debating which hose to get or to jsut make my own. I'm leaning towards either the roka or making my own. Hmm, I did notice the purge was on the hookah a little tight, I may try rubbing fine granite on the threads and working with it a little to loosen it up a bit, thanks for telling me that! And I did notice the gasket on the stem to vase part sucks pretty bad, I am thinking about just ordering new gaskets to fix that problem. And ya, I noticed the stems are pretty heavy, but I do like it . And about the gasket, my KM is the same way where the gasket will get stuck, so I have been using water to lubricate it, I may try shisha juice next time! Thanks again for making the vids!

Eric put me on to using Glycerin as a lubricant, but, I didn't have any, so I use the shisha juices Sand paper helped, just make sure you don't over-sand it.

Lol 5 hours isn't that bad, I normally do 5 hours or 8 hours nearly every day lol (usually late at night when I'm working on MBA stuff)

BUT I can't say I've kept a tangiers session going perfectly that long so great job red!

Hey, Distorted Truth. If it works for you the way you're doing it, keep doing it that way.

I am on hour 4 of white grape/watermelon.

I am cheating. Using a large bowl. I wouldn't expect to get much more than 10 hours out of this bowl, honestly. White grape/watermelon doesn't have the staying power of some flavors.
