Hookah Bar Blueprints...

So I got a message from twitter today (I'm addicted, it's terrible) and it said someone new was following me. I checked out their profile and saw they were selling a "Hookah Lounge Blueprint". Don't know if anyone has also seen this, but I though it was kind of strange. Not interested in this, but I'm curious what everyone thinks... I love hookah and everything involved and think owning/running a bar would be very cool but this def caught me off guard and also disappointed me.

But pointless.. If I were to open my own hookah lounge/bar, I would want it to be unique, not some cookie-cut, average location.
The coolest lounges i've been to weren't built to be lounges, they were old houses, or dilapidated restaurants.

Its not really blueprints to build the building. Its blueprints to start the building. They followed me too, ive seen them around the information they provide is pretty much useless. You can get WAY more from the "So you want to open your own lounge" thread. Or by talking to a few members on here about it.
