Tyler
So, a week or so ago I posted to inquire about some new coals and ended up going with HJ CH QL (moar acronyms plz!). I packed my med phunnel using the fork method which I've never done before and put 2 CH coals on and my clouds are thick enough to completely blot out my computer screen! They used to be pretty good, but damn, this is insane. Thanks for an amazing product John!
norcalsmoker
Ya fcbayern sent me some CH QL's... They were pretty damn good!
Showtime07
Is there any chemical and, in my own experience, a grainy like taste? All other QL i have used have had gross grainy like taste...I am really hoping CH QL are finally coals that have no taste and need no burner. I love taking my hookah out to places (like parks), but i refuse to get QLs!!!
Tyler
No chemical taste and no annoying ash problems. I used 3K before them because they WERE the best QL until the CH coals came along. I'd 100% recc. getting CH QL

mix_tape
Ever since I switch to naturals I can't smoke with QL but I've been hearing good things about them so I might have to check them out.
ilikemyusername
I like them more than coconaras because they light easy and once they're going I can't taste them.its everything I love about a coconut coal combined with everyhing I love about a quick light, just don't stand too close when you light them, I've never seen a coal ignite like that, its badass! Tyler
I've tried both his naturals and QL and honestly I like the QL more. They're a bit bigger so you get slightly less per box but they last a bit longer and come with the ability to be lit by lighter. 3K spark more, but CH catch on fire, which you can blow out, but honestly, I don't see myself using any other coal now. jeremyk
In my opinion best ql on the market by far
Dr. B
Now you see the [quick] light!I'm a big fan. I don't use QLs often but these are my go-to. Seriously, I won't use any other QL.His nats are good to, using them currently
delSol_si
I only use CH QLs, nothing else unless I am in a pinch. AFter they are fully lit they have no taste. Only two problems I have with them is they don't last very long and they ash like crazy! Still though, excellent coals!
*sigh*
Started using CH coals not all that long ago, bought a few boxes and got a free box of QL through one of John's deals.Tend to use the naturals more, but when I don't want to bother with getting them going will use the QL's and they are great. Like ilikemyusername said though don't get too close to them when lighting because they go up like crazy.
vqturbo
Agreed, they are the best QL on the market, no taste, and light very easily. Does fire up a lot though, but i think of it as a fireworks display.
dakur001
Approximately how long do CH QL's and CH Naturals last?
hookah hippie
the HJ coals last about an hour they work extremely well
Tyler
I'd say they last about 45 min after fully lit? If you have a steady pull going. Just sitting there, prolly an hour.
