I'm just trying to keep a broad range so that everyone can have one. Not everyone can go over $100 for a pipe, it still will smoke like any of the other models.

I actually really like them. They're very simple compared to the other KMs you got, and are at a good price.

my AF Large solid is kinda cheaply made....

I'd say the same thing about my AF medium solid. I'm in the middle of replacing the purge tube and valve because of a hole that came with mine. Nevermind the condition of the pieces and the sloppy soldering that I've been redoing, but the tube itself is crimped instead of bent properly (the hole is where one of the crimps are). Once I removed the purge tube I also noticed the hose port tube is crimped by over 50% in one area. Now I'm considering taking that out to fix it.

yep, i'd stay away from the AF syrians...i know Eric recommends them, which was the driving force to me buying it, but i can't say the same.

I like it. It's basically like an amoura with a copper piece instead of acrylic, no? I like it for it's simplicity, it resembles MZ's imo....

I am with matt. John I hope didn't come off like dissing you.

This would be a pipe I would probably recommend to a newbie...after I tried one of course. I may pick one up for my sister-in-law.

No Stuie, they aren't for everyone, in fact I wouldn't own one either, well as a first choice, but it's just another choice. Perfect for a newbie, or a gift or whatever. Anyways, just adding more to choose from, we'll see how they go. thanks
John
