That hangover like feeling is actually nicotine withdrawl. I recognized it from when I quit smoking and then a few months later starting smoking Nak/Tangiers. The amount you get smoking for a few hours one day will wear off fully by 24hrs, get a full concentration in your system and I find it takes 72-84hrs to clear it out fully.

That makes absolutely no sense to me at all. As an ex-smoker, I experienced the nicotine hangover frequently on mornings after smoking a lot more than usual--like after a night out with friends in a smoke filled bar. When I went too long without a cigarette and when I quit smoking, (all seven times) withdrawal was NOTHING like a nicotine hangover. The nicotine hangover takes shape in the form of a cough, head and chest congestion, headache, and a general feeling of being in a toxic state. Not entirely unlike an alcohol hangover. And you can't say that an alcohol hangover is the result of withdrawal. A hangover is the result of imbibing too much of a substance--in this case the examples being nicotine or alcohol.

By your logic, I shouldn't experience problems for at least 24 hours, not 12 hours later. I experience a nicotine hangover the morning after smoking too strong a regular shisha and/or smoking too much regular shisha. Which is why I go for the herbal shishas or the lighter shishas, I don't like feeling bad the next day. You are also implying an addiction to nicotine with this statement. If that were true, I'd experience withdrawal symptoms on any day that I didn't smoke hookah, which I don't.

So then if naks is .08-.1 fantasia and the like must be well below .05 then?

because there is NO WAY nakhla is only 1.5-2 times the strength of fantasia/starbuzz/af/etc.

My 10, 12, and 13 year old cousins were taking hits of AF and said they felt nothing (Their mom lets them every once and a while) ... I would never let them take a hit of nakhla. Heck even my father, he smoked ciggs for 25 years ... he said he gets a nice buzz from nakhla, AF ... he takes a few hits and says he's all set b/c he gets nothing out of it (he ONLY smokes for buzz really)

I just find it hard to believe if washed tobaccos such as AF are .05 how could nakhla only be .08-.1 ?

The couple of random samples of AF I have smoked put it at about .01-.02%. Lucid is probably around .03%.
