Stuie
I found this online:It looked so awesome I made one... I am never making another PBJ anyway but this way from now on. I even pulled out the very last of my Bubba's PBJ Shisha to enjoy with it.
ryno
I've had one like that before. I called it the Big Mac PB sandwich. My roommate then bet me I couldn't eat it in 5 min without a drink... Worst bet I took but I made it.But yes, they are amazing that way. I'll have to try it with the toasted piece.

camelflage
necessary adaptation.. put some vlassic sandwich pickles on there. you will thank me. p.s. if you are bold, sprinkle some parmesan cheese on there as well. you wont believe how well those flavors end up going together. sleeperhit
My brother use to make them that way when I was growing up.I called him about this topic and he said he now uses Buttermilk Bread on top and bottom with no crust and toasted Potato Bread in the middle.Makes a world of difference he said, and he was right=)How many PB flavor shishas are there that are still available? Vampy6997
peanut butter and agave nectar...though the agave usually ends up getting squished out of the sandwich some, which makes one hell of a sticky, gooey mess...I love it though

twoapplesplease
peanut butter sandmiches make up about 30% of my tottal diet.I've been making double deckers since I could make my own sandmiches. This recipe is forgetting the all crucial buttered toast.you must first butter the toast than add the peanut butter and jelly or honey huuummmmmm..ahhhuuuu..Also my version of the elvis sandmich(fried banana peanut butter grilled sandmich)1ST--- cut a banana in half then slice down the middles giving you 4-4inch slices(use large banana)2nd-- fry the bananas in fry pan in real butter untill carmallized on both sides.(if you keep them close together you can usually get them to stick together to form a pattie of sorts.)3rd--- have two slices of bread lightly peanut buttered on one side(both slices must have PB)4th---gently place fried bannana on bread so that theres peanut butter on top and bottom of the bannana 5th---grill the sandmich like you would a grilled cheese in the left over butter and carmalized bannana goodness6th---get a huge glass of milk and enjoy your elvis sandmichI jest luve miy feyed peenut butteer bannnana sandmiches.(in elvis voice)
