I was working with MNH to get a custom phunnel for my Super Secret Project... After the first few emails no response, ever. That was back in May.

They have disappeared, I tried them so many times and they don't pick up the phone, don't answer emails but they did however send me out two Scalli mods last week but there was no communication. I just ordered them and they came and Terik signed the receipt thank you. Very strange.

I used to order from them every month but, now, they never respond or anything. I get concerned when a vendor goes quiet.

I used to love ordering from them because I always got some free samplers that were great little bonuses. Oh well, there are other vendors out there and I've grown attached to my go-to vendors.

Besides opening a restaurant they are changing locations. They posted back at the beginning of the summer stating they would be off the grid for a while, but they would let us know when they are back up and in full swing.

I would think it only proper that a vendor taking time off would post it on there site...with a big notice on the home page, still allowing browsing of their site and turning off the shopping cart... but then not every one thinks like me.

agreed. if a vendor is going to keep their site online then they should make the effort to communicate with their customers.

I had the same problem, just gave up on them after a couple of weeks of trying, on the 3rd order I had the ignore treatment. Don't need that PITA, besides, HS matched MNH's sale price.

I just ordered from them last week too. From what they posted here it seemed like they were moving but the only thing they were not stocking was tobacco. So im guessing they are unresponsive but the website is still up because everything but the tobacco is able to be shipped.

I ordered late last week so ill keep an eye on the status of my order. The status has changed from processing to processed. If it changes to shipped ill go ahead at let everyone know.

Same here, I just got a shipment confirmation. So everything is alright shipment-wise. The unresponsive problem still remains. So the website doesnt have a disclaimer because they are still tending to the website.

No matter how you slice it what they are doing is wrong. It's really wrong. aside from a few gimmicky things who needs them? Really, for what? I say we start a topic banning the use of them and put them out of business. I wouldn't miss them at all. We're all getting along without them somehow now, lets just boycott them for good. I mean not even a post on their site explain anything, screw them.

Easy there Turbo, MNH used to be really good to us forum members and they used to actually contribute to the forum quite a bit. I understand how some people would be put off by their lack of communication as of late but that still doesn't give you a reason to try to put them out of business. I've only ordered from them once and the transaction went pretty smooth. I'm sure things will be back to normal once they get settled in with their new business. These guys are good honest business men and I haven't heard of one person that can say otherwise.
