Mn Hookah Unresponsive?

Ive put down an order of over $500 once, with custom made bowls and such, and Tarik took care of me well. I have full faith in them, and while I am dissapointed about the lack of communication, have full faith that they will return.
I will direct them however to this thread to show the response from the community.

No matter how you slice it what they are doing is wrong. It's really wrong. aside from a few gimmicky things who needs them? Really, for what? I say we start a topic banning the use of them and put them out of business. I wouldn't miss them at all. We're all getting along without them somehow now, lets just boycott them for good. I mean not even a post on their site explain anything, screw them.

Easy there Turbo, MNH used to be really good to us forum members and they used to actually contribute to the forum quite a bit. I understand how some people would be put off by their lack of communication as of late but that still doesn't give you a reason to try to put them out of business. I've only ordered from them once and the transaction went pretty smooth. I'm sure things will be back to normal once they get settled in with their new business. These guys are good honest business men and I haven't heard of one person that can say otherwise.

I'm with you Toxik, they have always been an excellent vendor for me and hope they are up and running soon. Boycotting them doesnt seem right to me. Don't want anymore glass phunnels?

they used to be my goto vendor with incredibly fast shipping. They never re-stocked their Tangiers so I didn't order from them anymore. Great guys if they come back in full swing I would def place an order from them.

I haven't had any problems: Notice the three hour delay from when he got my email to the response.

Jarred,

We are just really busy with everything we have going on over here. We will
have our new location in Illinois and there will be a big big selection but
until then we are trying to sell whatever we have so we can start over fresh
and we did open a restaurant and have been working a lot of hours doing that
as well. But we will have more jet funnels whenever we catch up with
everything and I do promise we will be better.

Thank you ,
Tarik
MNH

I've been hearing increasing problems communicating with you guys;
I'd still like to order a jet funnel glass piece, but what's up?

PS: The hookah forum crowd is really steamed. It'd be nice to all of
us if you could just explain what's going on...a lot don't want to
return business it appears if they can't hear from you guys.

and contact@mnhookah.com no longer works.

I agree with the others. MNHookah has always been a good vendor to me. I dont believe that they should be "ran out of business" because they are moving and opening up a new business. I hope they can get everything situated and come back running 100%

It's great the MNH is doing other things besides thier hookah business, but I still won't give my money to someone who's primary focus is is not the site I just gave my money to. I want what I want and I don't want any vendor to ship my order whenever they choose to "get around to it". Edited by BBKakes

no reason to bash these guys. They have obviously been a great vendor, although things are different now. They probably just overwhelmed with only one person tending to the hookah business while trying to start a resturant. No reason to order from them untill they are back but keep the faith, they may get it together soon.
