Giant Ninja Robot
i went and measured mine for you, the opening of the AF base is 1 and 15/16ths of an inch
Scoop
the large 36" AF will not fit any syrian vases from what ive seen. the vase it comes with has a rather big opening (30 gasket size). I have mine sitting in a bohemian vase with a 30 opening.

RingsMaster
looks like its going to be like the KM's only 2 inch bases lol
delSol_si
Ya, my KM vase is almost identical to the AF vase, the AF might be a tiny smaller. I am almost caught up with stuff, so I should be getting the pics and full description up in the next couple days if you are still interested, I know it is taking forever and I apologize! Since you were the first person to pm about them, you get first dibs.Oh, and I bought a new size large gasket for my KM with 2" OD vase to replace the one that is breaking now. The AF's gasket is so shitty that I am probably going to replace the one that I keep. I tried the large gasket on the AF I am keeping and it seemed to work fine. foibled again
The large AF's base is a size 30 base. The medium's is size 26 and the small's is size 24.A size 30 base has an opening of ~2". The opening of my size 30 KM vase that I got from HJ is ~1-7/8" (1.875") at it's thinnest point and ~1-15/16" (1.9375") at its widest point.
