ok, so i need a hose to use and i have one, but its been sitting in the attic for about a year now, and it probably really dusty, and its just a regular hose that comes with the shisha/hookah, so how would i go about cleaning it?

It shouldn't be dusty on the inside, not much at least. I'd first wipe the outside down with a dry wash cloth to get off most of the dust, wiping off as much as you can. You might even try using a sticky lint roller or pieces of packing tape to get as much dust off as possible, then (if there's any remaining dust) wipe down the outside with a barely damp rag and use a funnel to run tepid water through it (maybe with some lemon juice and baking soda). So long as the glue hasn't dried and cracked in it from disuse, it should be just fine.

Yeah, they're right. I have no idea what the inside of your hose is made of. I'm so used to my washable hoses that it didn't even click in my head that you might have something that can't take water on the inside. My bad, my very bad. They're right.

Air would definite be a better way to clear it.
