Red_Pyramid
So I got ahold of some Starbuzz pumpkin pie, tried it out and I got sick to the point where I couldn't move, and Starbuzz usually doesn't do that to me. Am I doing something wrong here? Edited September 16, 2009 by Red_Pyramid
AKammenzind
My only thought is that you somehow failed all over the walls and ceiling. Did you perhaps not wait till quicklight coals were done lighting to put them on and start smoking? Only thing I can think of that could even remotely be responsible for that. liquidglass
natural or not there is still carbon monoxicide to be had in coals/smoke, so I"m thinking you ended up inhaling more of that than you should of. Make sure coals are fully lit, dont use as many and make sure it's packed well.
twinturboa51
there are some flavors of starbuzz that pack a little more "buzz" tangerine dream is one of them, but i have never had the pumpkin pie so i cant compare. most of the sb fruit flavors dont ave much buzz

Though, I find that unusual in that I have read much that suggests using that many coals, or have read/seen people uisng more. I've also taken a sabbatical from the hookah for about 4 weeks, I'm thinking it's an overload or something... But, I didn't burn it and I did acclimate it a bit... Giant Ninja Robot
I'm going to throw science out the window on this one and say:It happens sometimes The body is a complex machine and sometimes reacts differently than it normally would to things you've had many a time. Genie
Starbuzz Margarita made me sick. I had to go straight to bed after a few minutes of smoking it. I was sick for hours. I've never gotten sick from shisha before.I think some shisha just hits some of us wrong sometimes. I'm scared to smoke any shisha named after a drink now though. Ugh, that was so disgusting. twoapplesplease
I'm betting a combination of being dehydrated from the gym and chain smoking.
Zyram
No one mentioned this yet so I will, Starbuzz in my experience is dyed, and I have trouble with dyed shisha sometimes. I love tangiers now because it's not dyed, I also like nahkla which I've not had any dyed flavors of (is there dyed nahkla?). In any case, something about the dye in that particular flavor may have gotten to you as well, it's happened to me before. I can't smoke al waha orange soda or their fruit punch flavor because of the dye. Also, some starbuzz has made me feel sick afterwards and has strange aftertaste to me, which I also believe is the dye.Did I say dye enough in this post?-Z
twoapplesplease
Yes some nakhla is dyed but I think they use a natural food based dye but I wished they would't use any.Any way a lot fewer people experiance any prob with as opposed to other brands dye
