hookah czar
I bought a rotator a few months ago. It's the one with the ice bath right under the tray. Probably the best hookah I've smoked from. $42 doesn't sound like that bad a price; I paid $40 for mine but I had to drive to chicago to get it. mushrat
Now pico...i wasn't necessarily saying to would have problems when you got it..i was thinking more of when it got a bit of wear on it is all... That was the ost common remark about the rotators...that they start to leak around where it rotates after a while.... It wasn't like i was WISHING probelms on your new machine.... Sonthert
Next up: Tangiers.
To quote another of the Hannibal series, Hannibal:"Ack, its not very good, buddy."-Ray Liotta as Paul Krendler"Yes, well, I must admit, I added something to yours, perhaps its clashing with the cumin."-Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal LecterDon't smoke Tangiers, you'll hate it. surfpico
You're probably right. You know what... I think I'm going to boycott Tangiers now... especially since you quoted the worst of the Hannibal movies.
Sonthert
Worse than Red Dragon? All three were fine movies. Hannibal ranks #30 on my top movies list. Silence of the Lambs comes in #59 and Red Dragon, #110. Why don't you boycott me? Then I can go bankrupt with a warm feeling in my heart.
surfpico
Hahahaha no way!Silence of the Lambs = the bestRed Dragon = a close second..Hannibal = should not have even been made...no jodie foster? wtf? you are wack tangiers...are you on crack? JByer323
I always thought as Jodie Foster's character as a very strong secondary.Anthony Hopkins has a stage presence that's unrivaled by any current actors I feel, save perhaps Sean Connery.Clarice is great, but it is the brilliance of Doctor Lecter that is the reason I watch. surfpico
I agree with the fact that Anthony Hopkins stage presence is fantastic, but Jodie Foster played an amazing role - and without her that movie would have not been nearly as good as it was. Take for instance Hannibal...clearly to make up for the lack of the great Foster, they had to add a crap load of rather gruesome (not really, didn't phase me at least) scenes that were unnecessary if you ask me. When I grow up I want to be just like Clarice.Or a serial killer.Either way I'd have a ball.
Sonthert
I much prefer Julianne Moore, said the crackhead.Julianne Moore is more resilient and assured, seemingly, as a person. She much more seems like she would be an FBI agent than Jodie Foster...she has that Scully quality, even beyond the red hair. Jodie Foster seems scared, freaked out and uncomfortable as a person in Silence of the Lambs...she wouldn't have made it through Hannibal. I heard that she wouldn't touch Hannibal, the script, because it screwed with her head so much. Don't get me wrong, Julianne more is responsible for her host of atrocites "The Forgotten" comes to mind, whereas Jodie Foster was excellent in her academ award winning performance in "The Accused" and also fine in "Flightplan". Excellent actress, I just think Julianne Moore personally holds it together better. Hannibal is more rewatchable, more detailed, Silence of the Lambs wins the perfection test, but Hannibal is infinitely rewatchable with the pile of anagrams, the six or seven quotable lines and the supporting performance by Ray Liotta. This from a crackhead who HATES sequels and remakes, especially ones that have different casts.
