c4r80n
the middle one said stainless stem. I dunno about the others. I'd assume so. Or at least chrome plated metal which might rub off with wear.
Sonthert
Its real hard to find stainless steel hookahs. What they claim to be stainless steel is often just poorly plated steel.
surfpico
Go to social smoke or myasaray - good hookahs + discount = marvelous.

The Dude Abides
Syrian hookahs tend to be solidly built and made of brass. Nice and heavy.
Sonthert
Yeah, but some Syrian hookahs are the worst crap on the market. Nour pipes are solid Syrian citizens, however and are my favorite brand.

Sonthert
#2 and #4 are nice Egyptian hookahs, not the crummy ones. Solid shanks, good stuff. #3 is a Jenna hookah, I've sold a couple of them, they seem to be rip offs of Nour and made fairly well, I haven't had alot of experience with them, however. #1 looks like that one Syrian company that people should stay away from. #3 would be my first choice.
