Possible Bacon Flavored Shisha?

Recommended Posts

I've been wanting some bacon flavored shisha. I was at the store picking up some seasoning for my pizza, and ran across this peppered Bacon Salt. I was skeptical, but figured what the hell, its worth a try. I put some on my pizza and yay! It taste like bacon pizza now.

So, after thinking a little, can I put this on my shisha and make bacon flavored shisha? What do you think? I was just going to do it and use a shisha with little flavoring to begin with (possibly Epic Smoke, that flavor runs out in 3-4 min) and see if it makes my shisha taste like bacon, but then I don't know the side effects...

Will there be any y health risks while doing this (beyond the health rink of smoking in the first place, duh)?

Here's an idea.. get raw bacon.. chop it up into thin strips.. then pack your bowl with them.. add foil.. coals on top.. and smoke it! biggrin.gif

its done when u get hungry and eat it!

Yep..

I picture one thing happening.. the coals actually cook the bacon, but all the grease goes right down your pipe into the base.. and grease and water don't mix.. so expect water jumping up your pipe.. the coals continue cooking it, it sizzles, then eventually it burns.. clouds form, but they're too harsh to actually inhale, so what you get is a bowl fulla burnt bacon.. the nice thing is.. you can eat it when it's done. biggrin.gif

Aaah.. yes, that would work. It'd also keep it from burning as much.

Throw a couple eggs in there, and you got breakfast! biggrin.gif

and a large Phunnel would probably produce enough for a normal sized breakfast. haha

Well, unless I hear otherwise (as in adverse health effects) of trying this, I am really thinking about trying it...it seems like one of those ideas that bad, but I can't convince myself otherwise unless I try it. Now...I wonder if it would be safer to use this salt stuff I found, or go get some precooked bacon, chop it into bits, and mix it into my shisha....

I'm also thinking if I keep the salt out of direct contact to the coals, it might be a little safer...I'm just hoping heated up/burning salt doesn't give off toxic fumes or whatever...
