What about running the food and drinks under a separate license though sharing the space? By that I mean having the food license under a "partners" name? Or would the shared space be considered a violation? Just continuing to throw out ideas for potential loopholes, cut this certainly continues to suck. You have to be 21 to enter one, there must be a humidor on premesis, 60% of your sales must be alchohol and 20% in cigars. I can't make those numbers. Also im not sure how splitting the business would work. space was my bar is pretty tiny and it would be hard to pull off 2 seperate business in the same space. The accounting alone would be unreal.
