A diffuser will help "diffuse" the water, so you can load it higher and it won't get sucked up the hose as much.A good test is to just pull off of the nozzle after you fill it with water, without a hose, and see if you suck up a ton of water.1) you can tell if the level is too high (pulling tons of water up)2) you can tell if your hookah is ACTUALLY clean Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
