jordanneff Posted October 23, 2009 Share Posted October 23, 2009 Not trying to hijack this thread but I'm extremely pissed off at FedEx right now.Made an order last week from hc and estimated delivery was for today. I woke up early just in case they came earlier (because the assholes always want a signature) so I'm killing time all day waiting for my package to arrive. A few times throughout the day I check online to see if the status was updated. Even though there hadn't been an actual update since it left Cali it still was estimated for today, even up to this afternoon so I thought it was all good. Just checked online and they decided to change the estimated delivery to 3 DAYS FROM NOW because apparently it just arrived at some fedex location in OHIO. WTF????? The signature requirement comes from the shipper not FedEx. From what I understand it's standard procedure for HC, however they leave if off if you ask them to - they do it for me on every order.
