rhineholt
Let's just say....Horrible.We went to a hookah bar and ordered a mix that the waitress suggested. I wanted to try horchata but no one else did, so i think it was a combination of watermelon, peach, and passion fruit. The waitress brought out the hookah with a windcover. Right off the bat, a lot of smoke. Amazing. The flavor... Well, Have you ever been showering and got shampoo in your mouth? Well, that's exactly what it tasted like...I got the buzz right away and I liked it, but my friends almost got sick. The waitress asked how it was and we said we didn't like the flavor so we tried just peach. After 15 min of trying peach, we decided it wasn't any good. Once again, shampoo. We got our bill and left.

I've tried a lot of Tangiers flavors, and mess up bowls every now and then, but never once have I come across a shampoo taste......I suspect something is definitely wrong. Maybe a hookah that was washed and not rinsed property resulting in a soapy overtone? 'Rani

rhineholt
I really don't know what was wrong... and it was a pretty expensive mistake.30 dollars for a hookah that tasted like shampoo and hummus that was served in a carry out container with microwaved pita bread. Canon
im 100% sure that it was the hookah lounges fault, you should have made the person that brought you the hookah take a hit, thats what i did at a lounge one time when their bowls sucked. you could have gotten your money back

She took 3-4 hits one after another and she didn't say anything like "Wow, this does taste like crap" she just said try it again, if you don't like it, you can try a different flavor. The only discount we got for not liking the hookah was 5 dollars off... Click
I know with tangiers if you mix too many types the flavor can collapse. I'm not sure as to why. I'm sure Eric can tell you exactly why that happens. As for the peach... no clue.
king_lunchb0x
i think the best way to try it would be experimenting at your own place, cause u know u can get flavor and smoke out of your current setup, just changing to tang would be the difference and then u would know for sure its not ur cup of tea. Hookah lounges can make a mistakes, maybe they were busy so just grabbed it packed it like crap and gave it too you

Sonthert
That is not an official seller of Tangiers Tobacco. I have never tasted anything like that in tasting all sorts of stupid flavor experiments, acclimation related or not. It could be explained by a lot of things. One of which is Sabah's statement that they suck. Possibly they're serving fake Tangiers.
