Help with my bowl

Ok... so one of the main bowls that I use smells ALOT like the previous shisha that I smoked... Hazelnut.  Is there anything I can do to dissipate the smell or will it even affect the other flavors that I smoke?

I soak mine in dishsoap for an hour to clean them out.  I'd imagine the cleanliness of the bowl plays a big role in affecting the flavor; look at how much a dirty pipe can do it.  Of course I have no evidence of any of this, just seems logical to me.  And I'll continue to clean my bowls for this reason ;-)

i usually just scrub my bowls with some soap and hot water. but every now and then ill get some really hot water and put some bleach in it and let the scrubbed bowl sit in it for a while. this kills the bacteria and also makes it smell like new. Make sure you rinse really well after doing this. noone wants to smoke bleach or have bleach flavored ma'assel.

Yeah, I soaked it in dish soap for a couple of hours and then put it through the dish washer and it still smelled like hazelnut... I might try the bleach thing sometime, but I tried a bowl of strawberry nahkla *hookah kings sent me the wrong brand =/* and I didn't notice any distortion of the flavor

You could use rubbing alcohol to loosen it up, and then wash it with hot soapy water.

Soak it in rubbing alcohol over night see if this works.

what i do for my pipes is put a baggie with rubbing alcohol and salt and shake it up.  good as new

Put it into water boiler and boil your lüle with water for a few minutes, it will be alright. I suggest that never use chemicals to clean out any part of your nargile.

same.boil it and then let it sit in lemon juice(real lemon juice-squeeze your own)

You could also use beer, vodka, or rum...safer than rubbing alcohol.
