So how this is related is I lost my Km Guru.

This is how it started, I was on my way to a party about 15 minutes away, they asked me to bring my Hookah so I went with the Guru packed it up and was on my way. I had just got off the highway and my stupid ass was speeding, not excessivly but about 10 over. I was passing a intersection but upon approach, I looked to the left and to the right noticed there was a stopped car to the right and a stopped car to the left. The light was yellow for me so I sped up going about 65 MPH and It hit red just as I hit the light and I noticed the car on the right was creeping up, I guess he saw my light turned red and decided to go instead of waiting the 2 seconds, I sped up to avoid him because he was already in the interesection, I was now going around 70-75. Here are the results:

My car:

Person I hit:

I spinned over the middle island and the person I hit, The guy driver was 65 and was Indian, Neither him or his wife spoke english. I was with my cusin and my friend. My friend was stuck he was in the rear left seat. Me and my cusin got out, My leg was stuck eventuall got out, Cusin had his arm broken. Glass cut my hands and face, I got out went to the back to go help my friend, his door was jammed, I broke my hand breaking his window open to get him out. We ran to the other car, the guy flew out his windshield on impact, his car did a flip in the air, he flew out and had a big whole in his head as I reached him and was bleeding after, he wasn't responsive he wasn't speaking he didn't know what happend. Sos came on notifying me if we were ok I screamed the man was bleeding bad and my friend couldn't walk and we were badly injured but the other people were close to death. Someone pulled over to help and was on the phone with the police. They were saying don't help anyone, I went after the lady in the car she was screaming and was stuck, The window was semi shattered I broke the rest with my leg. I pulled her out and she wasn't breathing.

The pictures were taking at the police station the next day when I went to get it towed. This happend at 11 PM at night. The man shortley died after, His wife is in a coma. Worst time ever in my life. My car is totaled, It's 55,500 to fix it and it cost 65,000 so insurance won't pay to fix it as its more then half the value. I've already lost 10K on deductables for the Ambulence, Hospital, Car and ect. I'm probaly gonna get the shit sued out of me. Worst night of my life. Lost the Guru to, Flew into the middle of the road i'm guessing. Got home from the hospital at like 9 AM and did a nice session of Desi. Needed that. Glad I didn't bring the Double Pear... We weren't wearing our seatbelts either.. We shoulda died.. The other people shouldn't of died. I feel like this is all a dream. I can't even walk. My cusin's elbow is broken, and my friend has internal bleeding. Worst night of my life. Just thought I would share why I might not be on the forum for a while, maybe even years if I get man slaughter. We'll see what happens.

Life sucks.

There are times in life where occasion separates men from slugs. There are two parts to this distinction. One is to take responsibility, the other is to face the consequences. Choose the right path and take responsibility for what you've done. Own up to it. I think you'll find that most people will forgive you when you're willing to admit you made a mistake. Sounds like you've done that. You're halfway home. You just have to face the consequences. Lets just hope the woman in the other car ends up being OK. Thats what's really important right now. The good news is you and your friends are more or less fine. Its sad the man died. You have a remarkable choice available to you. You can choose to go on about your business or let this influence your life. If you choose the second one, make sure the influence will be positive to the others around you and yourself. Once you understand the choice, you'll have faced the consequences and be free from this unfortunate incident.

The hardest is to take responsibility. As children, we often receive the consequences for our actions, but not have to take responsibility. Slugs of course try to deny responsibility or avoid the consequences or both. I would deem your actions in the matter admirable at least to this point. Keep it up. Good man.
