I was dreading it because I am the perfect digital child and hate using the phone (why when e-Mail is so easy?) but I called him because long story short had regretted adding an item to my order (first HJ order too!) and wanted to call to make sure I got through. Talked to him and he was very nice and a cool guy, order had been charged and packed so was too late really to remove items- completely understandable- but he did talk me through switching out the item for something comparable, led me to the Italian Clay Bowl and I think I will be much happier with that than the Vortex I had originally ordered! Order shipped this afternoon!I have to be honest, I have only made 3 orders online now and received nothing but awesome care from both Hookah John and Hookah Company (my first order with HC for example, they were out of the 50g of AF Vanilla I ordered, so they just bumped me up to 250g for free!). Arcane Posted December 1, 2009 Share Posted December 1, 2009 the italian clay bowl isn't bad...imo, better than the leb bowls....my leb bowl didn't make it to one session before it broke (i pressed too hard to seal it on to the stem)...the italian bowls are hefty....good buy....in fact, i think during one of our discussions, John had told me to give it a shot...even followed up with me a few weeks later to see how it was working out....
