Chreees Posted November 7, 2009 Author Share Posted November 7, 2009 Well, here's a pic of the QT... First time smoking it today... Mizo Watermelon! I'm quite impressed compared to my other QT I had before. I get bigger clouds from this one (probably has a lot to do with me using the Tang small phunnel on this one) and the purge is better than the other one I had. VERY restricted pull compared to being used to a KM now... Think the Nammor hose I have coming in the mail will help with this? Man, I forgot how quick and easy this thing is to clean compared to the KM Tri I had. It takes like half the time. And my sink's really shallow, so running water through the KM was a bitch... Guess that's why a lot of you take showers with your KM stems. Lol. Also, I forgot how much I loved these Mya tongs. So much easier to deal with than those fancy bird tongs I was using when I had my KM. The bird tongs wouldn't stay open for me- the little adjuster thing would slide back, closing the tongs. It will seem a little less restricted with the Nammor, but will never be quite like a KM (then again, it wasn't meant to be competitive with a KM as far as pull). I'm like you rhineholt- I ordered my QT, coals, and Mizo from John, then went over to H-S and got the Nammor and an extra Mya hose port adapter.
