Okay, it's not a hookah company, but Vistaprint.com conduct their business in a way that shows exact what true customer service means.

I get emails for them with offers because I order my personal business cards from them. Prices are good and they've got great online design capability. You can even approve your proofs online. So anyway, I got an email from them a couple hours before I placed an order that I'd been working on online. I hadn't opened it before placing my order. When I opened the email I found a discount for the same premium level of business cards I'd ordered. So I emailed customer service asking to be refunded the difference because the email had arrived (though unopened) before I actually hit the order/payment buttons. They didn't refund me the difference. What they did do, was give me a refund for the entire order (minus the shipping and upgrades I'd added). And they did it via email within 15 minutes. I'd decided to pay with PayPal, and they'd sent the refund order to PayPal at almost the same time. I got the PayPal refund notification seconds after the email from Vistaprint. Then they sent me an apology via email with additional discounts for future orders.

None of it was in any way any kind of mistake on their part, yet they immediately took care of the issue, communicated within moments, refunded even more than I'd requested, apologized, and even notified the payment source - all in less than 15 minutes. I would say they are the best possible example of the way an internet company should be run. And it's incredibly smart of them to do. Think I'm ever going to order my business cards and stationary anywhere else? Nope. This is what creates a completely loyal customer.
