With Lucid, I have had a lot of success packing it like other washed tobaccos (AF, SB, etc.). Basically just put it in there all fluffy like and don't pack it tightly. I typically smoke it with three whole cocos out of a superchief or phunnel. I experience the same burning scratchiness sensation when I try and pack Lucid like OG Tangiers.

Yah, that's the method I used for Horchata. My third session is waiting for me outside. I finally understand Eric's sig.

It has, from a session a day to 3 and I'm already planning on what to smoke after that. Orange soda smells acclimated, but I'm shit scared of F-Line.

Oh ya, I still have that burning plastic taste, but I'm assuming it's the new hookah+hose+phunnel combo that's giving off the taste.

One thing I've noticed with noir is its tendancy to start out a bit scratchy and dry and then mellow into the smooth, silky smoke everyone always talks about. Has anyone else every noticed this?

mine used to...but, the tickle has been becoming shorter and shorter....some bowls, its non-existant...

i think it has to do with the packing...
