Jondd88
I mentioned in my first post when I signed up and introduced myself that the base on my Mya Econo Gelato broke.I ordered a new one and it arrived today with my wind screen I ordered as well.I am excited to get to use it tonight instead of my shitty 10.5" pumpkin that my friend donated to me.Hopefully I can get this base to last me longer than a week Has anyone else tried this Hookah? On my way home from class I picked up some Fantasia Margarita and Nakhla Two Apples.I haven't tried any Nakhla yet but the reviews on here seemed pretty good and it seems pretty popular so I thought I would give it a try.I bought some Nakhla Tropicana recently but I haven't tried it yet as it smells funny and I found out it is a good idea to acclimate it which I have been hesitant to do;I don't want that smell to permeate my room and make it smell funky...Does anyone acclimate or suggest acclimating Nakhla Two Apples? ilikemyusername
I smoke 2 apples sometimes, it can become a really boring flavor but try to smoke it for its complexities, it won't let you down I promise. I usually don't acclimate my nakhla unless it doesn't smell right, in your case it will be hard to tell if it needs acclimating if you've never had it. I say pack it in the bowl a half hour to an hour before you smoke or put foil on it and you'll be all set.Oh and tropicana is a funky flavor that DOES need acclimating, it should smell similar to grapefruit. Chreees
The smell doesn't linger much at all of the Tropicana. I liked the flav at first but soon grew tired of it. It's really like a grapefruit- you find yourself asking "Where's some sugar?!"
