j3oomerang Posted November 10, 2009 Share Posted November 10, 2009 just had mimon for the first time today, amazingIn my opinion it doesnt have that signature tangiers tobacco taste, but it tastes like a perfectly clean, and balanced lemon mint. smokes a lot lighter than other tangiers ive tried. Arcane Posted November 11, 2009 Share Posted November 11, 2009 (edited) i have different methods...it really depends on what you want to do with the flavors.Method 1 - Complete MixHow: Stir tobacco throughly to get even flavor dispersion.Result: 1 mixed flavor, steady and constant throughout bowl.Method 2 - Fold or TossHow: Fold or Toss (like a salad) tobacco together. The tobacco should be mixed somewhat, but flavors do not really combine.Result: You may get a wide array of flavors, depending on what part of the bowl is being heated up. On one pull, Flavor A may be more prominent, the next pull showcases B, and on a 3rd pull they combine to produce a new flavor. Also, the strengths of each flavor during every pull will not always be the same. It makes for an interesting and ever-changing session.Method 3 - Split PackingHow: Pack "pie slices" of different flavors in your hookah bowl.Result: A somewhat even mix of both flavors. The flavor still maintain their identity yet combine to give you another flavor. In other words, you know you're smoking half Raspberry + half Mint and can distinguish each flavor separately, but on your palate it results in a somewhat mix of both flavors without really mixing it.
