Headaches from Herbal Hukka

I smoked Herbal Hukka for the first time, instead of tobacco. The brand was Soex Herbal Hukka. And after two bowls my head was pounding, one of the worst head aches I've ever had, it lasted the whole night, I had no idea what as going on and I thought I was sick, but upon asking my friends if they had one too, they all said yes. Has anyone tried this? I'm pretty sure it is wood chips covered in molasses. I doubt I will ever smoke it again.

I can safely say I've NEVER heard a good review of SOEX

I've never personally smoked Soex brand herbal tobacco, but do you think your headache could be attributed to smoking 2 bowls? Did you smoke two bowls back to back? For me, I get headaches if I smoke too much, and not in a well ventilated area. When in a small room, constantly breathing in smokey air, I'll get a headache in no time.Could be a factor.

I don't see how its any safer than using tobacco anyway...smoking anything is bad for you I'm pretty sure.

This is very true.  Herbal Hukka sounds like a crock...

I've heard some fair reviews of the stuff...I've never tried it, for obvious reasons.

I just think you should smoke shisha in a hookah, may be i'm a stikler on tradition
