When he first announced his bowl line I jumped on the oppertunity to get a custom made FSU themed bowl for the upcoming football season. I didn't have high expectation because, well, I knew I'd be lucky to blow a stick out of glass, let alone a hookah bowl with anything FSU-esque. The bowl I recieved was absolutely amazing. The glass is thick enough not to be fragile, the customizations he put in the bowl were absolutely mind-blowing (he actually managed to put in a very good looking Seminole football emblmem, and some gold flakes.

The bowl itself is amazing in performance. I love to use it with heavy shishas like starbuzz, af, and layalina. It pulls effortlessly and cleans with a simple hot water soak or lemon juice rub.

10/10 would definately order from again.

I have ordered. 2 bowls and 2 mouthpieces. One mouthpiece and one bowl were custom jobs and the others just regular. They are all fan freaking tastic!!!!!!!!!!!!

Services was perfect, amazing and the quality can't be beat. These products are great!

100% Satisfied. Thinking about grabbing a one coal bowl and Crown Jewel.

Ordered from santino on monday, package arrived today, Thursday.

Ordered a crown classic and a wand mouth-tip.

First of all the packaging was great, no chance of these things ever breaking in this box.
Shipping was fast, and i received a tracking number soon after i placed the order.

The products are [u]great[/u], quality work, beautiful pieces.

I just want to say that Santino is the man! I ordered a Micro Phunnel and three gaskets. He accidentally forgot one gasket. I didn't bother him about it, because it was just a gasket. But I mentioned it in a post and next thing I know I have an email from Santino saying he was sorry and would be sending out the gasket and something else as well. Well, it came today. A Micro Classic! Along with three more gaskets, lol. It was a nice surprise and Santino totally didn't have to do it. But I really appreciate it. Thanks Santino! Definitely one of the best vendors I've ever ordered from... maybe even THE best!

GREAT VENDOR.

Santino is a tradesman. some places out there sell what's good because it's in demand. santino isn't like this. he makes specific items and knows they're good items and is active in the community. he knows his stuff about the industry and can speak knowledgeably with people on the matter, which is great.

santino messed up my order ( i ordered 4 bowls) he sent me a microphunnel instead of a micro classic...but he more than made the situation right.

if you're thinking about buying from them, i would definitely recommend you buy from these guys.

I made an online order on a saturday along with asking about quality of "B Grade" Micros. we exchange messages over the weekend, I get the pictures (still an awesome bowl), and he lets me know the minute he ships it out.

The ONLY problem I have with this order is that he said it would be delivered on a thursday or friday, but it arrive the proceeding monday. I don't blame santino at ALL for this, this isn't the first or even tenth time USPS has been sluggish in their parcel delivery.

Personal and speedy responses, great customer service, Effective and safe packaging, quality product, even his not so perfect ones! There's nothign more you could ask of a vendor., oor anything you wouldn't expect out of a great guy like Santino.

He replies to your emails in a timely manner, he answered all the questions I had, and in order to help me, he was willing to do something I can't expect any vendor to take the pains for (and that, without me even asking) - See, I tried ordering a crown micro phunnel from him in the past but there were some payment problems from my end, so I ended up buying from a member here, so this time, he himself contacted that member and asked for his help to get this bowl to me, since I didn't face any problems in paying the person I bought from here on HF!

Well, that wasn't needed because I had resolved the problem, but it is really commendable that he went so far to help me, and my order wasn't even big, or even a somewhat sizeable one, it was just one bowl, and that shows you a quality vendor that truly looks out for his customers regardless of how much (or how little) business they are giving him.

It doesn't end there, I had given him some dimensions and asked him if he could hook me up with a bowl matching those dimensions even if, not exactly, and he did and mad props to him for that! And guess what? [u]My order was out of the door in literally 10 minutes after I had paid him![/u] And that is a big big deal for me since it takes anywhere from 8 to 10 days for an order to ship from US to India and I get crazy when I am waiting, really - patience is definitely not one of my virtues.

So my order got here in 9 days exactly and that's good time, it was very well packed in paper, then bubble wrap and everything, and he even threw 2 silicone gaskets for free! (Thanks a lot Santino!). Now when I opened it, there was a line going just outside the rim of the bowl that went through 3/4th of the bowl and my heart sank! Because I thought it was a crack...I immediately took pictures and sent them to Santino.

He replied quickly and told me that it looks like a fold and not a crack, and they are harmless, and even gave me 2 offers, one was to swap the bowl, and the other was to replace it if it breaks on its own within a reasonable time period. I took his word and kept the bowl, but I appreciate his concern and it shows that he has top notch customer service and you really feel assured that you're doing business with an honest stand up guy!

Highly recommended.

Ordered two tips from Santino- the Trumpet and the Orb. They arrived very quickly (2-3 days I think) and were packaged excellently. Santino is still the man. I would never hesitate to order from him. A+++

update: The bowl I got has stood the test of time and is still performing beautifully. i am writing the update because may be a week back, he emailed me himself to check on how the bowl was doing. That my friends is called amazing customer service, and I thought it deserves a mention. I'd never hesitate to order from this man.

Just got my Crown Micro in... and Wow, this thing is frickin beautiful. I almost don't wanna smoke out of it. Glass is thick and doesn't look all that fragile.
Shipping: Crazy fast. Got shipping confirmation literally about 30 minutes after I ordered and it got to me in 3 days!
Would not hesitate a bit to place another order!

Ordered this past Friday in the evening and got the package yesterday(Monday)...took advantage of a 25% off sale for shop moving and got three designer mouthpieces that are absolutely beautiful and it was a steal of a deal...will definitely order again. 10/10
