Double Trimetal Vs. Double Pear

I have to say, I think I like the double pear a little more. Don't get me wrong, both pipes smoke great, it’s just that the double pear looks better. Looking at both of them closely, it seems like there was more attention pay to the details of the double pear; the double trimetal seems more rough on the edges, although the trimetal is also heavier. I am, however, a little disappointed that neither pipe is able to handle the weight of my 94 inch long (31 inch handle) Turkish hose; the hose port is too horizontal and cannot manage the weight of the hose. Anyways, anybody else has experience with theses pipes? Any preferences?

I like the double Trimetal better aesthetically. I think both should smoke the same for you, though.
