ariankey
Hi,I've bought a nammor hose from smokeshisha.com. The seller sais, it is an original nammor hose. When I got it, it looked like a real nammor hose. After 2 weeks and several cleanings Ive noticed rust. Opened the hose and saw metal inside.Do nammor hoses really have metal inside or is this a fake?
NIGHTS OF BAGHDAD
a real nammor is not supposed to have metal inside just rubber..making it fully washable..i think you need to take the pics you took and email them to the online vendor and tell him its fake and you want your money back

But that is not the point. Whether the hose containing metal does not answer why Nammor shall not honor my warranty on this item as they have claimed it to be 100% fully washable as advertised (insert hookah-shisha or alternate link here). This hose has only been used limited times under normal usage. Can you direct me to Nammor (email/telephone/site/whatever) and I will discuss this issue with them directly. That way, I can confirm the hoses you are selling are authenic products by Nammor and recieve immediate responses until futher notice.Thank YouNAME HERE
NIGHTS OF BAGHDAD
tell him if he doesnt fix this issue by giving you a refund or exchanging your hose for something else you will report him to the better business bureau and will post there website all over the hookah forums so people stay away from him

indian_villager
You have been either ripped off or the company sent you the wrong hose. The nammor is not supposed to have a metal core. I say you first send a polite e-mail with images. If they turn out to be useless feel free to ream them.
ngraz617
I read on another forum that southsmoke sold somone a nammor hose which had metal coils and rusted after it's first wash. the fakes are out there, stick with H-S.com for the real thing. And even so it would be best to get a direct refund from the place you bought it and they can seek damages if there are to be any.

If it doesn't stick, your hose is plastic and indeed washable (well minus the entire glue coming apart and dye running off the hose covering things). If it does stick, contact Mahir so he can take care of you, check his stock for other unwashables, and give his manufacturer hell for sending him fake shit.
