lasagna
I got mine to fit by forcing the grommet onto the hose, then shoving it in there lol.

Hippo_Master
The silicone mya grommets usually get coated over a session and then the heavier hoses slip right out unless you wipe down the grommet and the hose and the hose port. Using a longer hard rubber grommet will remedy this, as it fits very tight and snug inside a Mya grommet.
Chreees
Dude, calm down and do what I do...Use a wet paper towel. I have a QT and don't like fuckin' with the silcone grommets for the bowl or the hose port... Just take a strip of paper towel, have it damp, not dripping wet, wrap it around the hose port tip and stick that baby in. Perfect fit... It's pretty much like Trojan's and KY Jelly... McLovin600
ive used a regular grommet (like from a KM stock hose for example) and the flimsy soft one around that for Nammor + Bambino. I wouldnt call it 100% sturdy tho but it hasnt fallen yet

Stuie
I actually just make sure there's no moisture in the hose port, and none on the grommet, then I ram it in there hard, and twist forcefully till it sticks. Works every time.

Most airtight seal you can get.I'm sure that works fine, I'm just not smoking in Compton. Not like you can see the shit anyway... Hose port completely covers the paper towel, and the phunnel bowl completely covers it where the bowl meets the stem... I feel it works better, more airtight. Plus I don't have to worry with grommets... I can just throw the little pieces of paper towel away when I'm done smoking. For the OP and his predictament, I feel small damp strips of paper towel would really help him out on getting that Grand hose to fit. I had so much trouble with my Nammor on my QT using the silicone grommet that I now use the paper towel method all the time. Main reason I use paper towel for my bowl is the phunnel bowl's opening is too large and doesn't seal good. So you may say it's ghetto, but I feel it's the most effective grommet, especially when your phunnel bowl doesn't fit and you have a hard time with your hose because its tip is shaped awkwardly compared to Mya's intended hoses.EDIT: Don't know why I feel the need to add this, but I actually wrap the paper towel AROUND the silicone grommet to make my phunnel bowl fit... Stuie
I agree the wet paper towel works. All I am saying is one:1) he shouldn't have to it should fit2) that's one more thing I have to do for the session... and I am lazy. But if jamming it in there doesn't work, you should try for the wet paper towel. Chreees
Thanks, that's all I was trying to say... I just got tired trying to get the silicone grommet to seal right using my Nammor... It was always a hassle. Tearing paper towel and wetting it takes like five seconds...

ih303
Heck yes. Who needs grommets? Wet paper towel ftw! Me personally, I smoke out of an old shoe with a length of garden hose. Goes good with a piping hot bowl of hobo chili! Hmm boy.J/K. I'm sure it makes an excellent seal. Seriously though, I've never had a problem with my grommets. And folding/wetting a paper towel is just way more work than I'm willing to do.

Well, see, wetting paper towel is way quicker and easier for me than trying to jam a Nammor hose tip in my QT and hoping it's a good airtight seal...
