spectrum055
well, I know my mom is good with the books and can teach me how to do my books like a pro....that and I'll have help from family to get it started as grandparents own apartment buildings and know how to find good places to invest in... So I'm set with that....From what I see I won't charge for coals then forget the additive fee thing ....Um I just found out my friend can learn to make horchatta which is nice have fresh homemade beverage to go with the shisha experience...My customer basis would be new and pro user's and we would be doing our homework to the dot to make sure we show we know everything about our stock and some extra...I will have to try my hand at a fruit bowl that would make something different I know both lounges near me don't offerLol I take it you will need Mozzarella sticks when you visit : p
zthree
I'm gonna throw my piece in here as well...There lounge I frequent is a smaller building located under a 24hr coffee shop that serves food and drinks and the like... so the lounge doesnt sell any food. It has free house tea and if you ask you get some water. With their location they really dont need to sell any food or drinks though. Also dont sell alcohol.-Most of their hookahs are Mya Gyro's and Mya Saray's, they have one or two egyptians, but they are more like a back ups. Also, they have certain hookahs and hoses for certain flavors, as I assume all places do.-They charge per bowl. 8$ for the first bowl. 4$ for every bowl after. All day tuesday is happy hour which is 6$ first, 3$ next. q Except for tangiers, its an extra 2$ on the original bowl.-You get 2 sets of free coals per bowl...and if you feel the need to smoke the same bowl past that, for whatever reason new sets of coals are 2$.-You start out with one hose, but if you want a second or third they dont charge for the extra.-They use quick lites for most bowls, but you can ask for what naturals. (or they will remember..."digression with nats")-As for a shisha selection they carry: AF, Havana, Nahkla, AW, Fumari, SB, and some Tangiers. Its also a really chill atmosphere. Lots of classic rock, blues, and some middle eastern music every now and then. The staff is pretty small, I know every one there pretty well, but they all know exactly what they are doing, and on the rare occasion something is messed up, theyll comp you. I'd say having a good staff is one of the biggest things.I think they got most of it right.
