Here in TN (at least Memphis, I think it's the whole state though) it's illegal to smoke in a restaurant, UNLESS it's a bar. So basically if you want to smoke anywhere but your own home you must be 21... Which is retarded but I kind-of understand why they did it. I generally don't mind smoking (saying that I smoke hookah) to each his own I say.

But if they were to ban it in my own home? Well I'd be rather miffed. Even if I didn't smoke I would be raising hell, for gods sake where's freedom gone? Do we need another civil war to wake up the government?!

in houston, TX it's illegal to smoke INSIDE, ANYWHERE – bars included. i think cigar retailers are the only exception. they also just passed a CRAZY tobacco tax, effectively tripling the price of shisha. i used to get a 250g of AF for 8.89, now at the same store it is between 22 - 24 dollars. FUCK THAT. i don't know because now i buy all my tobacco online out of state. i feel like shit like that severely hurts local businesses. also, the tax will increase annually – INDEFINITELY. imo retailers should just stop selling tobacco and promote all residents to buy tobacco from out of state. lets see the state make any money like that. fucking assholes.

Now that's a bitch. I know it's perfectly legal to smoke about anywhere in Florida AND Mississippi... I find myself wanting to move down there almost just because of that... not to mention the neighborhoods are better lol

Gotta say though, if tax when up THAT high I'd be running for office myself... And hiring hitmen to take down my competition lol

wow, this state is just getting worse and worse. What you do in your own home is your own thing,as long as no one is neglected or hurt then who gives a shit. Things will only get worse
