Well after reading a post by Rani i feel inspired to post.

The tobacco nazis Are after us. they want to take away our right to smoke, and there doing a damn good job at it. there doing a small step by step plan that is slowly but surley getting them to the finish line, and us with out our tobacco. here is a small list of what is going down.

-Misleading advertisements, they have to lie to us to make us not wanna do it
-Public smoking bans, witch limit our place to smoke
-Propoganda, they convice the nonsmoker that our second hand smoke and us is the enemy. dont get me started on 3rd hand smoke
-Taxing, making our live hard because they are nazis
-Banning the flavored cigarettes, now there just taking away our rights

ive even heard shit about making the surgeon general warning take up the front 90% of a pack of cigarettes. i got news for you dumbfuck WE KNOW ITS BAD FOR US.

and i got news for you. hookahs are in line to get attacked. they will say all the bull shit on how there effecting the chidrens future. and they got all kinds of ammunition to use against us, and all of it false. here is a short list

-that whole bullshit on how an average hookah session produces the smoke of 200 cigarettes, so it equals 200 cigarettes. even though that much smoke is produced from about 3-4 cigarretes worth of tobacco.
-how hookahs lure young children to smoke cigarettes. BULLSHIT. kids dont have hookahs, they cant afford them, they cant hide them, they cant hide smoking them. if your kid is smoking hookah, ITS A FUCKING PARENTING PROBLEM!
-Oh and how it "drug paraphenilla", im sure some people do use hookahs for NTH, but the majority smoke shisha, and they are tobbaco pipes.

It's hard to hide the smell of Hookah.... you smell so good that people just know... hell when my mom visited her first words were "Why does your place always smell so nice??"


But a smoking ban is just bullshit .... oh well people want to be healthier I would think banning fast food would be a better step towards better health then banning cigarettes .... Fast food is well it effects you faster...Hell just watch super size me the dude got sick ...and some family's really do eat that shit for every meal... so a slow one or a fast one ...that is bad for you ...yah...

I know, at least in Virginia, it is only considered paraphernalia if there is actual drug residue in it, so thats really less of a worry, I think.

Alot is a big word. i would say like 10% tops. i know alot of hookah smokers, and alot of people who smoke "NHT". i only know one guy who is "down with NHT" in the hookah. hes not allowed to pack the bowl without adult supervision at my house LOL.

Thats true with any thing. if there is a resin for something illegal, that means that this thing was used to do something illegal. it is then the defonition of paraphenilia.

So wait, I'm confused... We have people trying to make "NHT" legal, but we are banning flavored cigarettes? Can somebody help me with this?

you know what. i cant. the people whou want "NHT" legal are mostly the idiots who abuse it all day and dont wanna get fired from there job doing it. they claim its a 100% harmless substance, and in my past i have expierenced this so called harmless act, before it became a harm to my mind body and spirt. back in the day before i smoked hookah i had a horible substance abuse problem, with multiple substances. i fucked my life up, i should have killed myself, i should be dead. at one point in time it was harmless. but all it will do is give people a bigger aresenol of products to kill themseves with. when one stops working,switch to another, or just ad another to it so it will work. they will pop pills, and drink alcohol with it. im not saying everyone will do this. but the probabilty for "drug problems" will be greatly increased. alot of people will get hurt. thats what happend to me in the past, and i couldnt go it at a convience store.

You are pretty naive if you think that only 10% of hookah smokers/owners use their pipes to smoke illegal substances.

They most certainly will come after hookah's...eventually. Its the US government. I'm not some anti-government person but its the truth; they love portraying companies and their products as the true evil and feel that its their duty to make health and life decisions for the people because we are evidently 'too stupid'.

Rest assured though, I don't think hookah will go away anytime soon. Look what happened with clove cigarettes. They were banned, and a couple months later they are available again. They just repackaged and changed the name to clove cigars. Basically the same product. I could see them going after hookah lounges first because its more of a public venue. Also, congress just wrapped legislation on tobacco. There are far more pressing issues than revisiting tobacco anytime in the near future.

If they do go after hookah lounges, expect the states to fireback. Similar to how states are fighting to get medical dispensaries legal.
