dehgo
Why do we like Chinese hookahs so much? all over the net all I see is MYA QT this MYA Bambino that. Some people say its over priced junk. I don't know.. I can't say I don't know anyone that has one. My friends sister wants a pink one but i don't want to buy her junk! so can anyone who owns one give input on these pipes on how they smoke. fineout
MYA hookahs are good stuff, most other Chinese pipes are just ripoffs and hastily made to make a quick buck. MYA on the other hand still puts work into their hookahs even though they aren't hand made and makes sturdy good smoking pipes.
hookah hippie
i personally think that chinese hookahs lack a lot of qualities that egyptian or syrian counterparts have
Toxik916
I happen to love my Mya hookahs and I can assure you they are not junk. Mya pipes are built to last are made from good materials. Yes most hookahs that come from China are anodized pieces of shit, but Myas are the exception to the rule.

LIQUIDGSR
I use my MYA QT all the time as my everday hookah and I have never had a problem with it. Smokes great with no rust. Also comes apart and easy to clean.
mushrat
I'll say that I sell a lot of Myas at my bar and I serve people QT's when they come in to smoke. I've had the same qt's going now for over 2 1/2 years in a lounge setting and the only problems I have had are occasional messed up ball bearings in the purge valves and employees breaking the bases. True they aren't "traditional" but neither is smoking red coloured, wet, fruity tobaccos with foil over the bowl so I guess the hookah community is evolving along with everything else. Chreees
Mya's are great. All other Chinese hookahs are terrible.
atticus
Mya's are just straight up good pipes. Admittedly, they are not traditional. But they are easy to clean, look nice, and they smoke well. And, like Mush said was saying, they are made to last. They might be a little pricey (some of the bigger ones anyway), but they definitely are not junk. I myself am getting a new QT in a couple weeks.
boludo
I have owned a QT for over 3 years now, and it still works great. It is easy to clean and great for travel. It is a great first hookah if you ask me.

FactorE
Mya is a great brand and i love their quality. Not all Chinese made items are bad, there are exceptions.
ngraz617
I have have two Mya hookahs and they are great. They are easy to take apart for easy cleaning and one of mine is small enough to travel with and came in a travel case. I think they are one of the largest selling hookah brands on the market and I don't know anyone who has ever had a problem with them from a manufacturing stand point. Other Chinese hookahs are not of the same caliber of Mya and I wouldn't recommend you getting one but don't hesitate to purchase a Mya.

MYA maybe chinese but it's no junk. Both those pipes will last pretty long. And they are both inexpensive most definitely. Highly portable and great for parties too. I would say go with either of those pipes. If you go with the bambino look into putting a qt base on it as the one on the bambino makes is easy to tip the hookah over. Very easy/quick to set up and clean. With a razan/nammor type hose and phunnel bowl it's an amazing set up that's fairly inexpensive and will last a long time. Smoking out of mine atm... antouwan
although i am not myas biggest fan. . .or really a fan of them at all i would not go so far as to say that they're junk. imo they have one major design flaw – common chamber – and a second lesser flaw – ridiculously rough stems which make getting them clean a real PITA. I wouldn't recommend one and am honestly a hell of a lot happier with my KMs and lebanese pipe. they are durable, will last, and smoke reasonably well. i guess it's just a preference thing. and if you're into buying commie. i have heard that they are moving most of their manufacturing to eastern europe now, which for me is a good thing. anywho, all in all if you get whoever a qt or a bambino they should be happy, but at the same time, i don't think they wouldn't be happy if you got a small km, temsah, or well made syrian instead. Ralleac
My Mya QT has stood the test of time better than my KM, MZ, H-S Pharaoh, S.S. Syrian, and my Nour Syrian. They're durable, easy to clean, and smoke well. Unfortunately they're also usually pretty expensive if you want the larger models.
Canon
I have both mya's, ejyptians, KM's, MZ's and syrians.for every hookah except mya they quality varies. i have some great quality ejyptians and some shitty ones. when you buy a mya hookah you will always get the same quality (not talking about the glass either, though ive never had problems with them).if she wants a MYA get it for her, it may not smoke as good as a KM but it will last as long if not longer. spectrum055
I have my Mya Petite and that sucker was about $24 I think ...and let me say that thing smokes very nice ... and because of that I would consider another Mya product down the line.
