Hookah Headaches

SO I had an excrutiating headache last night after smoking two bowls of AF Golden Grape. I have before after smoking, but it is rare. I hear different theories on cause--tobacco too much for me? (I usually smoke washed), heat too high, smoking too long, air leaks, bad shisha, bad food with shisha, sinus/post natal drip. Anyone hear suffer with headaches or have a theory on the cause?

I don't smoke for buzz. It is common knowledge that I'm a buzz wussy. Last night I was starting to feel buzzy so I quit.

in about 2 days to 95 years....i can guarantee you won't have any more headaches...

Honestly before I was like that too, back when I use to smoke once a week, then I started smoking nearly everyday and when I did that I started getting massive headaches. But now I don't get them often, when I do its usually because I smoked for too long, or didn't hydrate myself enough. I smoke everyday but not more than one bowl.

I think it's a combination of the nicotine and taking too many hits together. I think that limits oxygen to the brain and might causes headaches too.

Also of course, those who are allergic to the red dye.

my conclusion.I think there is something in coal's that people with allergies are affected by.I have been fighting the headache from hookah for a while and have the worst allergies out of any one I know.I just spent the last how ever long it's been since my post above fighting a sinus headache and found that it's the natural coco nara coal's.there a nice coal but there is something in them that all other coal's have that Ive ever tried except exotic coal's that I think cause the issue for so many of us.I had a 1 bowl a day rule from this issue at one time but with exotic's I have no issue.I will never use another coal again.if you have the same issue as me then get some exotic's and a funnel bowl,(the funnel bowl is easier to not burn the shisha which will also give you a headache)brake up the exotic coal into 3 part's,light all three and use two of the pieces for about the 1st 20-30 minutes or until more heat is needed then add the 3rd.let me know if that helped so I can be happy I saved you from building an alter and having to give Arcane a shot of Gray Goose and 1 [color=#5D5D5D][font=tahoma, arial, verdana, sans-serif][size=2]small pot of sinigang.I'm sure Arcane would have helped more then me but my way is cheaper.[/size][/font][/color][img]http://www.hookahforum.com/public/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif[/img]
