offered to replace the missing tray in a PM, great guy! I did hear from
Sal however and he was genuinely apologetic. He offered to send the
tray out to me today. Mahmoud
gets a big "Thumbs UP" for taking up Sal's slack but I went ahead and
left Sal positive feedback anyway because I did like the way this QT
smokes! You guys where right, this is one sweet hookah! Blows my other
one away...

You SHOULD leave negative feedback on the auction seller. His ad was obviously deceptive and he jerked you. Feedback is a way to let other people know that they should or should not trust purchasing from this person. I always leave feedback on Amazon and if the item arrives from about the middle of the estimated delivery, on, I never rate above average. Alot of people are like "It took only three weeks to get and its just what I wanted...excellent-5, A+++++++++++++++++++++++."Well, if thats not off-topic, I don't know what is...

Not to be a jerk or anything, but I can't believe you left this guy positive feedback. Whether or not you like the way the hookah smokes is NOT the issue -- you're supposed to be providing feedback on the SELLER, not the product. The fact that people are leaving positive feedback for unreliable sellers such as this seriously makes me question whether or not I can trust feedback to tell me what I need to know about a seller. Not only does this mislead people who will order from him in the future, but it's not fair to the sellers who actually ARE on top of their s**t.
No offense to you Tony, and I'm really sorry for the rant. But I was disappointed to see that your purchase was such a hassle, and now I'm disappointed to see that it'll probably happen to others as well. It's not about getting back at Sal or anything like that -- it's about seizing the buyer's opportunity to make eBay a better place by accurately reviewing and exposing the integrity of a seller.

Hey Guys, got an email from Sal today... he was genuinely apologetic about my plight and immediatley shipped a gold tray for my Mya QT. He also offered to exchange it for a Blue one but I chose to smoke out of the one I had rather then wait for a new one... also, just to be cool, he sent me a hose adapter and extra hose for my QT, no charge. Also, Sal thanked me for leaving him positive feedback. Anyway, all is well that ends well, I guess Sal just had a rough couple weeks. I'm going to continue throwing some business his way as his prices are really good.Ok, let me have it!  Tony
