Packing Romman

I've smoked tons of different types of tobacco out of tons of different bowls, so I know different tobaccos take heat differently, AF SB tangiers afzal fantasia etc..and I've had plenty of AWESOME bowls of Romman. But lately they just haven't been cuttin it. I use a med tangiers funnel with coco's or HJ naturals HD foil, KM or Nammor hose on a mya bambino. I've experiment with packing it higher lower tighter looser, 2 coals 3 or 4 (three is usually perfect)...but i just cant get a GREAT bowl out of it. Been smoking AF mint for like 3 hours cuz I just don't feel like NOT having a perfect bowl.

Anyone have any particular tips about how to make this shit smoke well? Thanks

I pack it about the same as AF. That's full to the rim, but packed lightly. 3 coals on the edge of the bowl works well.

just fluff it in and fill the bowl. romman seems to take heat pretty well too, usually smokes awesome for me.

First Fluff it up in the container. Mix it around to get all the juices evenly distributed.

Pick some up with 2 fingers and a thumb and drop it in. Repeat till the bowl is overflowing the rim by about 1/4-1/3 of an inch. Push it down with the foil and poke holes.

Light Coals.

Smoke.

ive smoked romman a few times and usually I just pack it like starbuzz or al fahker. nice and flaky.

Coincidentally, I'm using Romman and a small phunnel. Everytime I use Romman, my bowl lasts 2 hours minimum...sometimes 3.
