Hookie The Hookah
If you order a small enough quantity from John ask in the "notes" box for usps priority shipping and your package will ship across the US in two days. It's worked for me three times now! Sooo good...
mattarios2
yeah, i had a couple conversations with john over the past couple months about integrating usps. For small orders if you keep it in a small priority box its 5 bucks flat rate 2-3 days anywhere in the usa.looks like hes working on it ... good job John! no longer welcome
i have to give credit to mattarios on this one, i never wanted to use it since fedex is easier for me. i use it if you ask, and also, if it works when it makes sense, meaning fitting into a flat rate box and across the country. it's just that usps' tracking system and customer service isnt the best. rhineholt
John did that with my most recent order. I ordered a 3pack of tangiers. Now, I'm just wondering... Since it's 10 dollars for the flat rate with fedex and 5 dollars with USPS, would I get refunded 5 dollars? I already paid.Idc really. 5 bucks. Meh. It's just a question though. Tom1
I would order a lot more from john if I could do 5 dollar shipping. I need to find the dimensions of those boxes, or could someone give me an approximation of how much would fit?

I'd definitely want tracking and all the other perks of fedex on bigger orders but since I just ordered a phunnel or a half kilo of tangiers it made sense. In other news this new phunnel totally out performs my last two, you did a great job of picking it to my specifications (assuming they weren't all the same...)... Chreees
About all that will really fit in the small flat rate is a Tangiers three-pack. So if you keep it small like that ask him in the special instructions at checkout. Anything bigger than that I wouldn't ask.
Arcane
i believe it was 3-pack of tangiers or 2 boxes of nakhla....in a small flat rate..
Tom1
3 pack of tangiers sounds good to me.The only bad thing about doing this would be that you couldn't buy coals. Usually waiting for an order isn't an issue, but It sucks having to pay high shipping on a small order, and it sucks even worse when it's fedex.I need more bug powder, It has consumed me.Edit: Gah! John doesn't have it. Edited December 7, 2009 by Tom16689

Know this from experience. So if you don't mind John mushing the boxes, ask him to do it.Btw, let me know when you get the Nak, Jay. lol

Even if he charged 7-8 and made 2-3 bucks i'd b cool with it. But 11 bucks for 2 boxes of shisha is no good.

I had to cut and resize the box twice first time i took about 2inches and they said the second time i still have to shorten 1/2inch the meet the "requirements"..along with some b.s. surcharge becuase the box was "large" but not "heavy". god i hate the usps
