Kind of interested in this. Did John ever say if he tried it with foil and not the included screen? If so, was the smoke any better than in his video?

I picked mine up yesterday and it smokes amazingly. i put a standard size mya hose adapter on it so i could use my Roka hoses on it. overall the modern design is beautifully simplistic. nothing you don't need. the bowl is a little strange to use. but if you don't like it switch to a standard mya bowl or even better yet a phunnel!!!

Here's what you need to know about the Mozza.

[list=1][*]The tray is useless[*]The purge valve is useless[*]The "spindle top" bowl and metal tray are terrible if you're used to smoking with a phunnel/egyptian and foil[/list]The good news is all of these problems can be fixed with the exception of the purge valve. Here's how:

[list=1][*]You'll need: an Egyptian tray (I like the KM's), one of those fat white grommets, the head piece (what the bowl sits on) off a QT, the hose port off a QT, a Phunnel bowl, and a premium hose.[*]Swap the screw on head and hose ports with the ones from the QT[*]Throw on the fat white grommet[*]Place the Egyptian Tray directly onto the existing Mozza tray[*]Attach Phunnel and premium hose[/list]We've done this for several people who bought Mozzas at the lounge and it works amazingly well. It also still looks nice. The only thing I have not been able to solve is the purge valve issue. Still working on that one.

All in all, I like the Mozza. Is it a clear example of fashion over function? Yes. But, IMHO, it looks damn sexy. And it's not to hard on the wallet either. While I would never take that hookah anywhere or smoke it around anyone who's been drinking, It is definately something I can imagine seeing on my coffee table when I get rich one day and move to a loft in uptown manhattan.
