Fusion Packing Video/Instruction?

I'm barely getting flavor out of my Fusion: Cactus Pear. Although I still get massive clouds. I guess Fusion has great flavor and I must be packing it wrong.

I am looking for the proper way to pack fusion. Any help is appreciated.

Currently I do this:
Setup - Vortex bowl, double layer of thin foil with 2 circles of holes around the middle spire of the vortex. I sprinkle the tobacco into the bowl so its kinda fluffy up to the top of the bowl without packing it down. For heat I split 2 cocos into 4 halves and place them on the edges.

So...What am I doing wrong?

I've only had one Fusion flavor, and I didn't get much flavor from it. Maybe try more holes?

user an egyptian, do a loose pack and just barely over the rim...then foil over and poke toothpick sized holes...

i'd use 3 af cocos on my KM egyptian..

then again, i haven't smoked Fusion in a long time...i'm getting some CP soon and i can let you know what works for me...

When I smoke Fusion, at least when I used to, I used my phunnel bowl, packed it lightly, and used 3 full Cocos on it and it smoked perfectly fine. I was smoking pear and got quite a bit of flavor out of it. It wasn't exactly my cup of tea, but it worked out either way. More heat!

Hmm, I'll try throwing more heat on and see how it goes next time I pack it!

ok lots of more holes. ditch the vortex and use a phunnel or egyptian. and cactus pear is a hit or miss sometimes i have noticed. usually the biggest culprit of lack of flavor is having a dirty set up. make sure your pipe, base, and hose are all clean.

I've been smoking lots of Fusion lately, I like packing it slightly over the rim and taking my finger and pressing it down just a bit (phunnel) then use 1 layer of HD foiland 2 CH QLs. Works for me.

That's how I pack Fusion except I use one less coal. I always got it to smoke best out Egyptian heads.
