Replacement Vase Needed!

My vase is broken. I have a small OMNI brand Hookah. The vase was about 14 inch high, with a threaded neck. The manufacturer is out of business. If anyone has an idea where I can obtain a replacement, please email cemab4y@hotmail.com

Sorry dont think I can help. But I know I seen threaded bases some where on line. I think they may have been smaller like 10 inch threaded acrylic bases with a more modern shape to them.
