New Tobacco Brand, Paradise Tobacco

Recommended Posts

Hey guys I recently added a review about a tobacco that I sampled, I work at a hookah bar so they stopped by and gave it to me to try. My intial thoughts were why the hell is there a smurf on the front that looks like hes taking a dump. After smoking the flavor I found out why.

My initiall thoughts were that its going to be like starbuzz, same can, same cut just with less stems, and smelled similar to blue mist just a bit sweet.

I packed the flavor and smoked and nearly barfed. It tasted like someone got some tobacco and sprayed cologne all over it. It was absolutely disgusting.

Heres a picture of the packaging that it comes in. I cant speak for their other flavors as this is the only one I tried but it was horrible.

Picture quality is not the best since it was taken with my phone.

I am betting they didn't get the proper licensing from Hanna Barbara to use the word Smurf and a likeness of one.... Man they are going to get sued!!!!!

What is it with shisha companies using other brands likeness'? Wasn't there a red bull knockoff flavor that used a RED BULL? You can only get away with stuff like that for so long before johnny law comes calling.

The tin cans are copy of starbuzz
why does everyone assume that just because when someone uses the tin can (which starbuzz started) they think it is starbuzz tobacco?
im pretty sure nakhla was the one that started using boxes for their tobacco so many 95% of tobacco companies are copying nakhla?
those metal tins are widely available from container retailers and wholesalers.

The can is just a good way to package the stuff and you can get them very cheaply. The smurf taking a dump on the other hand.... :unknown:

I can make an official review thread if you want.

Thanks mush, delsol already made it. I just wanted to share it here and express how bad this really was.

Odds are this won't even be around when I get to trying it. Was about to order some Hypnosis from HC but that stuff has gone the way of the dodo, from what I hear.

BUT, BACK ONTO TOPIC.

I don't have a problem with new tobacco making its way into the hookah world. I enjoy new brands. But ever since starbuzz became a staple in the mass-production toabacco world, there hasn't been room for any other brands like it. The unwashed flavorblast for 20 bucks has become overwhelming. Now adays, with everyone slapping a logo on a tin can (I love tin cans, don't get me wrong) and selling it for 19.95, it's becoming more of a turn off to smokers everywhere, and no one buys.

Tangiers is a perfect example. New brand, new flavors, new look, style, superior smoke. People in the industry should take a few notes. It takes alot more than a smurf shitting on a can to gain a smokers loyalty. I can safely say that all of the brands I purchase from have made their name in the hookah world, one way or another. That's what a big buyer, loyal buyer, and hookah smoker looks for, imo.

WOW A LOGO!
I clicked away on that biaotch a pile of times before I figured out it was just a logo, and nothing else.

On the other hand, why I went to look at a website for a brand that is confirmed garbage really makes me wonder what was going through my mind.

Unbelievable. It's shit like this that's a slap in the face to those of us who are actually trying to promote QUALITY products. Hell, I already get pissed when people come in asking for Fantasia or Fumari let alone Hookah Hookah and JM's. Makes me want to get my broom and shoo them out. NO SALE!
