r1v3th3ad Posted December 15, 2009 Share Posted December 15, 2009 initially sounded like mold to me since the hose doesnt let light in and water can easily get trapped inside, however you said that the seal(which is black) is missing pieces so...chances are you found the problem...One time I had a piece of glue come out of my hose during a session. newjacksm Posted December 15, 2009 Author Share Posted December 15, 2009 Ok so I just cleaned out my Narbish V2 because the last time I smoked out of it was when I couldnt smoke out of my hookah 3 months ago and I left my hose attached to my hookah with water in there for about a month straight. When I was cleaning it I never saw so much shit come out of there. There was black snotty looking stuff coming out, which was most likely mold. I almost puked. I put soap in there and even more black snotty shit came out. It was absolutly gross. I am going to start hanging up my hose and blowing it out after each session. I never take out my hose out of the port after my sessions because I usually smoke a day or two after words, but wow I may have been smoking mold for a while and may have not even noticed! I am scared to even smoke out of my Narbish fearing I didnt get all the mold out of that bastard. I think I am going to run 91% alcohol through the hose to make sure its all dead and out...
