Okay, How Does This Work?

okay, so I'm getting used to the new forum layout but I'm having a problem. I can't seem to find an easy way to start a topic. It seems like I have to visit someone elses post to start my own topic, is this the case or am I a dumbass? this should be a poll!

you have to be in the section you want to start the topic in...

if you're in the "hookah lounge", or in chat...you won't have that option....

I had the same problem

Zinite helped me out though with a link for temporary use!

The 'Post New Topic' button has vanished ever since this new layout has been set up.
