Sonthert
You can also see the stack of retail container boxes behind the shop vac, in the hallway. There is a small TV to the far right in the last picture. My place is two 750 square feet suites, the east suite (5795) and the west suite (5791). The main, front door is on the front of 5795 (the east suite). There is no door on the front of 5791 (west suite). For those of you who are still confused, I will add the compass direction this photographer is facing for each photo:The first set, the lounge, and prep room, 5795:1:N2:~N (E)3:N4:~S (E)5: ~W6: ~S7:~N8:~NThe second set, in 5791, starting with the tobacco vault:9:N10:~W11:S12:~SW13:~NE14:The sorting tub is on the south side of 579115:~N16:N17:SThe old passageway between the lounge and the lost lounge room is directly to the right of the rack of ceramic heads (Pic #16)The lost lounge room is used for computer stuff and packaging the tobacco (not shown)

MR Bubble
Looks really nice if I'm ever in the area I'll stop buy.
Don't count on actually seeing him. You'll probably be greeted by a guy with a bag over his head. ...Or worst case scenario: He's behind a curtain, talking into a microphone, pulling levers, until Toto pulls the curtains aside, revealing a little, old, white haired man. Or maybe Tangiers doesn't really exist. He's just a wild computer program gotten too much for his programmer to deal with. Just thoughts. erik
Tangiers, thanks for the walthrough! Looks like a really nice business you're running there.Something that I have been wondering about for a while is the process of making hookah tobacco. Obviously you know how it's done, would you be interested in writing a short summary of the process? I know many people would be happy to see this. You mention something about aging and cooking for example, how does that work?

bboy_ayz
This is a very good looking hookah bar, but its too small.. what will happen in the summer.. busy nights....okay few questions:1) how do u get a premision to open a bar?.. goverment?2) how much did u pay for the place?3) how much did u pay for the hookahs?4) do you need a special education degree of business to open a bar..? silly questions but maybe the goverment wotn let a regular non-eudacted person to open oneand 5) is it legal to open one in ontario.. canada.. couse we had one around the corner and there were only teenagers there.. so the business got caught and closed beacuse under 18 or 16 cant smoke smthn like that.... Sonthert
5795 El Cajon Blvd. Right near the corner of 58th and El Cajon. Coincedently, my next door neighbor is a liquor store (5739) and Alia Insurance (5799). The Catholic church is on the corner of El Cerrito and El Cajon (the 5700 block).Erik:shhh...its a secreeeettt!1. Actually, in California, its still largely unregulated...surprisingly. 2. I rent...real cheap...the owners are great people and I think they like me, sending my rent in on time every month.3. Varies on the hookah...some I bought, used from a lounge going out of business (Xen......RIP) for $5 each (no jars)...others were new.4. There are very few professions, in the USA, that are closed to people that don't have appropriate degrees. Doctors and lawyers...and lawyers only recently. Certainly anybody with the wherewithall to open one will be allowed to...In Canada you might need a note from your queen. 5. I don't know THAT much. I don;t know much about Canada...except its north of the USA and east of Alaska.6. Broke, no joke. 7. You mean my soon-to-be-bankrupt-social program-failure-identification-not going to be used for identification-number? 553-229-4110. Security has little to do with it. 8. Yes...it always looks good in the dark.9. I circled one...now I can't get the ink off of my screen...thanks.8. No, I have no idea.
