Thievery Corporation (Radio Retaliation album)
Followed by some 2Pac (everyone loves 2pac)
Mix in some Sublime (entire 40 oz to Freedom album)
Mellow back down and trip out with the Flaming Lips (Embryonic album is insane in a good way, every other album is equally awesome...one of my favorite bands)
Then close out with some classic rock (Zep, Jimi, the doors, etc)

Pretty much anything chill(Chili Peppers, Coldplay, Velvet Revolver, certain Linkin Park or Metallica songs too) , or I often dive into the electronica collection as well(Tiesto ftw!)

Also, I learned I can't watch tv when smoking hookah or I forget about it..works with my online game though, because every time i die and get pissed off I pick up the hose lol.

Great list, I especially love Jeff Buckley, The Who, Thrice, DNTEL (or any electronica / ambient / post-rock).

ALSO, if anyone here can get their hands on it, I URGE you to check out the album "Advice from the Happy Hippopotamus" by Cloud Cult. I know it sounds retarded, but I generally listen to around 300-400 new albums per year, and this one has been on or near the top of my list since it came out in 2006. Simply breathtaking. laid back is the way to go. i actually acquired a turntable for the room at my place my buddies and i smoke in. we usualy toss on some jack, the radiohead-jayz mash up, the blueprint iii, or some sufjan. i know those wouldn't sound like they would go together, but we make it work...

My buddy and I recently got into live DJ work, and actually are now regular hires for our local hookah lounge on weekends lol. It's a pretty sweet gig ^_^ but despite being an audiophile, I don't generally opt for vinyls while smoking... you only get 20-40 minutes per side, and its just a hassle to keep flipping and changing and cleaning and cataloging...
